Who We Are

From the Ice, Field, and Front Lines to the Closing Table

Co-founder Charles Beaton played junior hockey in the NAHL and CSHL before representing the All Army Hockey Team at the Baltic Military Winter Games. His leadership on the ice and in the Army shaped the team’s foundation of grit, discipline, and precision.

Co-founder Laura Beatonco-founder and former U.S. Army officer, deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan with the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) and was among the first women to serve in an infantry battalion. She may not have been an athlete, but she understands what it means to perform under pressure and push beyond limits. That same discipline and resilience now define how she leads clients through complex real estate decisions with calm and confidence.

Mitch Mayfield carries his competitive drive from Junior A Hockey with the Yellowstone Quake and collegiate club hockey at the University of Wyoming into real estate, where he applies the same tenacity and strategic mindset to every transaction.

Sean Kayga adds a multi-sport background, having competed in travel baseball, competitive golf, and now excelling in Colorado Springs’ top softball leagues, the World Championships, and the Colorado Warriors’ National Championship hockey team.
