We were recommended Charles Beaton by some friends of ours who purchased a home in Colorado Springs about three years ago. The services that we received from Charles and everyone at Beaton Brothers Property Experts was amazing from our first interaction. We really appreciated how personable and tailored the experience was and felt like Charles did everything he could to accommodate our needs.

From the beginning Charles coordinated with us even while he was on vacation with his family in Europe! (That’s some dedication). He was very quick to set up a zoom meeting with us and understand our wants and needs as prospective buyers. He took all of our homes that we had be watching on Zillow and set up walk through for us, as well as adding homes based on our wants. Communication with Charles was very seamless throughout this process.

We walked through about 10 homes on our first and found a house that we were ready to make an offer on. His knowledge and expertise was very beneficial to guide us through an offer and get it accepted immediately! From here he gave us access to his elite crew of inspectors and roofers to get us on our way to closing. There was not a recommendation made by Charles that wasn’t absolutely amazing. This experience trended all the way until closing and even after closing. Charles continued to guide us through new a new roof installation with the seller over a month after we closed!
