Working with Charles Beaton as my real-estate agent was the easiest part about selling a home. As a first time home seller the process can be incredibly overwhelming but Charles simplified it and explained every part along the way. Charles is a prior US Army Officer and knows what it means to put in the work and have things organized and ready to go when you’d need it. If you need a realtor, Charles Beaton is your guy. I messaged him while in Afghanistan needing to find a home ASAP as our deployment was coming to a quick close. Charles went above and beyond checking out MANY different houses for me (I’m super picky), sending me the absolute best videos, always being honest with me but never pushy, FaceTiming with me in the middle of a Colorado night because of the time difference, and keeping an eye on my new house until I got back to the States. He did all of this while in the middle of COVID, having to coordinate with my Power of Attorney, and making sure that I was comfortable every step of the way as a single female. He understands the military lifestyle and could give great location advice with every house I threw at him without trying to push his own agenda on me. We closed while I was in Afghanistan and I felt just as secure with my decision as if I had been in the USA the whole time. Stop here if you’re looking to buy or sell in the Colorado Springs area. You won’t find anyone better.
